Before suggesting or asking others or patients, health care professionals should be healthy. This issue’s editorial denotes scientific effects of aerobics exercise on our health. As abstracted in article, Aerobic exercise is any repetitive activity that you do long enough and hard enough to challenge your heart and lungs. In order to work your heart and lungs hard enough, you must get your largest muscle groups involved. They include your legs, gluts, back and chest. It is a type of exercise that overloads the heart and lungs and causes them to work harder than at rest.

The Government of India has taken various steps to ease the conductance of clinical trials in India by creating strong regulatory platform for ensuring safety, rights and well beings of the clinical research. (p9) But along with it ethical integrity is also necessary. In 2013, Honorable high court took strong action against death occurred in clinical trials and asked government to tighten the rules. Even proper compensations were not provided to death people and rural children were taken in trials without educating their parents.
Clinical research brings job opportunities for healthcare professionals. And India should become clinical trial hub. This is true that without clinical research, new drug entry is not possible. If we want to make India as clinical trials hub, we need to make through proper education and ethical practice.
