Applications are invited for the award of one Senior Research Fellows and one Junior Research Fellow on a consolidated fellowship of Rs. 28,000/- and 25,000/- per month respectively, in the project “Programme Mode Support in Agricultural Biotechnology, Phase- II ”, under the Coordinatorship of Dr. Anil Kumar.
1. “Functional Validation of MAPK-3 gene and phosphopprotemic studies for induction of defence against Alternaria blight disease in Brassica” (PI: Dr. Gohar Taj) (SRF-01 General)
2. “Genetic Enhancement of aromatic rice landraces throughmolecular breeding to develop high yielding, idea plant type, blast resistance and better quality aromatic rice varieties for wider adoptability by farmers” (PI: Dr. J. Kumar) (JRF-01 SC)
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION
For Junior Research Fellow: M.Sc. Biotechnology / Biochemistry/ Molecular Biology / Life Sciences with NET qualification or Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course.
For Senior Research Fellow: M.Sc. Biotechnology / Biochemistry/ Molecular Biology / Life Sciences with NET qualification or Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course with two years of research experience, or Ph.D. degree in relevant subject.
