The successful candidate will have proven expertise in conducting research in theoretical/computational and experimental ecology or evolution, and be able to teach topics in areas such as population and community ecology, epidemiology and evolutionary ecology, among others.

Ph.D / MD / MS / MDS or equivalent degree OR three years of research, teaching, design and development after MVSc / M.Pharm /M.E / M.Tech with at least one research paper in Science Citation Index Journal. 

Ph.D. in relevant areas with at least two years of post-doctoral experience, high-quality publications, and strong academic credentials.

Candidate having experience in laboratory teaching for Integrated PhD / Post-graduate students in a reputed academic or research institution will be preferred. Candidates with prior experience in managing academic programme activities, including admissions, course and timetable coordination

Post Graduate Degree in Life Sciences/ Post Graduate degree in the professional course selected through a process described through National Eligibility Test- CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship and GATE.

Masters or equivalent degree. Minimum 2 years of Hands-on experience in advanced microscopy techniques, such as : Fluorescence microscopy, Laser scanning Confocal microscopy, super-resolution microscopy.
