100 posts for Fresher Pharmacy Graduates at Government Company, SCCL

Engineering Graduates, Non-Engineering Graduates and for Diploma holders who have passed their qualifying examination during the last five (5) years ( Pass-out years 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 & 2026) are hereby informed that applications are invited for Graduate (Engineering & Non Engineering) and Diploma Apprenticeship training in SCCL for the year 2026-2027.

Branches : BA (25)/B.Sc (30)/B.Com (25)/BBA (5)/ BCA (5) / B.Pharmacy (10) [Six Non-Engineering Branches]

*Slots are tentative and may be diverted to other branches depending on number of applications received It is requested to give wide publicity and to circulate to all mines and Departments, Dispensaries nearby colleges and through Press/Print Media, Area Communication cells about the Apprenticeship for the SCCL/Retired Empl. Children, PAF/PDF candidates & other category candidates of surrounding villages.

The candidates should submit the duly signed portal generated application print out along with NATS 2.0 registration form, Certificate copies(Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marks memo), UBI bank A/C first page etc at their nearest area Group/Mines Vocational Training centers(GVTCs/MVTCs-List Enclosed) from 06.08.2026 12 PM to 16.08.2026 5PM.The minimum age for applying apprenticeship is 18 years and maximum age is 28 years. Five years age relaxed for SC,ST&BC candidates i.e 33 years as on 31.07.2026.There is no registration fee for applying in SCCL web portal or for submission application at Area MVTC Counter. 

Candidates applying for Apprenticeship in SCCL must have account in Union Bank of India (UBI) in any of the “SCCL salary disbursing branches”(List Enclosed), Aadhaar linking, e-KYC process and Direct Benefit Transfer(DBT) enabling should be completed, since 50% stipend will be transferred by NATS & BOAT, MoE, GoI through DBT process. SCCL shall not responsible for non-payment stipend if aadhar is not enable/linked to the bank account. Candidates will be given time to submit the first page of the passbook before joining for Apprenticeship.

Selection in SCCL will be based on inter-seniority with reference to the year of pass & merit within that year. Priority will be given for “SCCL/Retired Employee Children” and “PAF/PDF” as per prevailing practice. Local, Caste & EWS reservations will be followed as per extent policy of SCCL. Vacant slots in reserved categories will be diverted to open category. The enrollment of Engineering Graduates, Non-engineering Graduates & Diploma Candidates will be done for the year 2026-2027 as per the slots in the table. Preference for candidates with knowledge of AI, Systems, MS Office, MS Excel. The selection process of First (1st) batch will begin only from first week of September-2026 after scrutiny at MVTCs. 

Stipend prescribed during one year training period will be Rs.12,300/- per full payable muster month for Engineering & Non-Engineering Graduates and Rs.10,900/- per full payable muster month for Diploma candidates. Stipend will be shared equally: 50% by SCCL and 50% by BOAT (Southern Region) / NATS 2.0, MoE, GoI, credited directly into the apprentice’s Aadhaar-enabled bank account under the DBT system. The selected candidates will be required to work in any nearby region as allotted. Apprenticeship will be automatically terminated upon completion of the one-year (12 months) training period. Detailed Guidelines, Terms & Conditions for applicants are enclosed in Annexure-A. The offer of Apprenticeship does not confer any right of employment in SCCL.

Terms & Conditions
1. This Graduate (Engineering & Non-Engineering) / Diploma Apprenticeship in SCCL is for a period of one year (Twelve Months only) under the Apprentices Act, 1961. It offers a fixed stipend of ₹12,300/- (For Engineering / Non-Engineering Graduates) and ₹10,900/- (For Diploma Holders) per full month, including the 50% Government Share & NATS, MOE, GoI credited directly via DBT into the Apprentice's bank account, as per the Gazette of India (GOI) MSDE. Candidate selection as an Apprentice is as per the guidelines of SCCL / BOAT Chennai.
2. While submitting the hard copy of the application after registering on the NATS 2.0 web portal (www.nats.education.gov.in) and (scclmines.com/apprenticeship), the SCCL portal candidates are advised to submit the following self-attested certificates (Hard Copies) at the respective MVTCs (MVTC Addresses Enclosed) in SCCL.
a. Passport size photographs (with signature on photo) : 1 Nos.
b. Printout of SCCL web portal application duly signed : 1 Copy
c. Printout of nats.education.gov.in student regn.form : 1 Copy
d. Local Certificate: Others category only (Enclosure B or C) : 1 Copy
e. Aadhaar card Xerox copy : 1 Copy
f. EPR View& Emp.ID Cord/PAF Certificate (Emp.Child/PAF) : 1 Copy
*If the hard copy of the application is not submitted at MVTC for scrutiny/verification, it won't appear in the received list, and the candidate will not be considered. 
3. You have to upload soft copies of the following Four (4) original certificates (Not Xerox copies) in "pdf" format only (size 50 KB to 250 KB) on the SCCL portal, along with a scanned photo (10 KB to 50 KB) of 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm size with a signature at the bottom while registering. Otherwise, the application will be rejected. Ensure documents are clearly visible. The applicant's candidature will be based on the correctness of the uploaded documents.
A. SSC certificate pdf file : For all candidates 
B. Graduate/Diploma Certificate pdf file: For all candidates (Provisional Certificate & Consolidated marks memo) 
C. Reservation certificate - pdf file: For ST/SC-Grp1,Grp2,Grp3/BC-A,B,C,D,E candidates and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidates only. 
D. SCCL Employee Children/Ex-Emp. Children: EPR view & ID Card - pdf file E. PDF/PAF candidates : Certificate issued by RDO/Tahasildar and attested by HOD of Area Estates Dept & SO to GM or Certificate issued by Area GM with PDF/PAF details -- pdf file
4. You will be terminated from apprenticeship training if you have already undergone training or registered for training under The Apprentices Act, 1961, in SCCL or any other organization. You must submit an undertaking to that effect in the application.
5. The MVTC where the candidate submits the application will not be considered as the fixed posting area. Candidates must select their area posting preferences in Option- 01, Option-02, Option-03, etc. Final posting will be based on vacancies and preferences chosen. 
6. For Naini Area: Candidates applying at MVTC Naini will be given posting at Naini Area, irrespective of the above options. 
7. Suppression of facts by the applicant shall lead to disqualification at any stage of the selection process or termination even after joining.
8. Candidate selection will also be subject to requirements stipulated by the Regional Director, Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT), Chennai & the NATS portal (nats.education.gov.in). 
9. The Eleven (11) area MVTCs/GVTCs list, Addresses and Performa of Local/Residence certificates are attached with this Annexure. 
10. This intimation is only for Engineering & Non-Engineering Graduate and for Diploma candidates who have passed in the last Five (05)years (i.e., Exam pass years 2022,2023,2024,2025,2026).Candidates who passed out in years other than those mentioned will not be considered and will be rejected in scrutiny. 


11. In the SCCL portal candidates should enter the same e-mail id and mobile number which were entered in the NATS portal (nats.education.gov.in). The same e-mail ID and mobile number must be continued without change until the selection process completes. If a candidate Changes or forgets their e-mail ID/password, they cannot a create contract on the NATS portal & will not be allowed for the Apprenticeship. 
12. Candidate name, Fathers/Mothers name, Date of birth, year of Passing etc., in the portals must match with SSC/Birth certificate, Aadhaar card, and Graduate/Diploma Certificate otherwise; your application may be rejected at Area MVTC or HRD Office during scrutiny. 
13. The bank account uploaded in NATS must be Aadhaar-seeded to enable DBT transfer of stipend. If Aadhaar is not enabled/linked to Bank account, SCCL is not responsible for non-payment of stipend. The bank account registered in NATS should not receive any scholarship or other related credits to avoid DBT conflicts. 
14. For married women candidates, the surname in Aadhaar and NATS registration must match the surname in SSC certificate. If there is a mismatch, the application will not be accepted. 
15. For any false claim regarding “On roll employee children” or “PDF/PAF”, missing required certificates on the portal or hard copy, or any mismatch between application details and certificates, your application will be rejected at MVTC during scrutiny or at HRD Corporate. 
16. The candidates will not be intimated regarding the reasons for the rejection of their application. 
17. Even after selection, if you fail to accept on the NATS 2.0 portal or if the web portal denies your contract due to any mismatch of details or pre existence of a contract, you will not be allowed for apprenticeship.
18. If any details given by you found to be incorrect, you will be terminated at any time during the apprenticeship, and cost of training will be recovered from you or your surety. 
19. The Training of the Apprentice shall be terminated without intimation following unauthorized absence from training for a period of more than 20 consecutive days or cumulative absenteeism of 40 days. The apprentice must put up to 240 musters attendance to receive the Apprenticeship certificate. 
20. Selected candidates will also be governed by the terms and conditions of Annexure-l, which will be provided along with offer letter. 

21. In respect of Absconding/Termination of apprenticeship contract for any reason as per section 7 of apprenticeship Act, 1961, selected candidates shall refund to employer the cost of training as determined by the Apprenticeship Adviser / Regional Directorate, BOAT, Chennai. 
22. The offer of Apprenticeship does not confer any right of Employment in SCCL. There is no Quota/Preference for SCCL apprentices in selection for regular jobs. 
23. Selected candidates are entitled to a stipend as per the provision of the Apprentice Act, 1961. Apprentices are not eligible for any other financial/service benefits except the monthly Stipend applicable during the period of Training. 
24. All selected external candidates must open a bank account with Union Bank of India (in any SCCL salary disbursing branches -List available at MVTCs) and opt into the "Union bank of India Rs.30 Lakhs Group accidental insurance Policy" by paying necessary premium Amount (Around Rs.750/-) for their one year training period. 
25. No TA & DA shall be admissible for joining the Apprenticeship, if selected. 
26. Selected candidates should produce all original certificates/Aadhaar card while reporting for Apprenticeship. Any mismatch with uploaded softcopies or portal data will lead to rejection. 
27. Increasing or decreasing slots in any branch/category, or extending the last date on the portal & last date of submission at MVTC, can be done at the sole discretion of the Management.
