    Abstract
A new Nasal drug delivery system of Domperidone has been developed as decent drug delivery by using natural mucoadhesive agent extract from Tamarindus indica L. The mucoadhesive strength, pH, viscosity and gelling property of this natural mucoadhesive agent was found to be higher in comparison to synthetic polymers, hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose (HPMC) and carbopol which are conventionally used for similar purpose. In vitro drug release characteristic through franz-diffusion cell using excised bovine nasal membrane was also found to be better in comparison to the above synthetic polymers. Now patient friendly, needle free dosage form may replace the Domperidone injections/ tablets in future.

    ABSTRACT
Simple, accurate, precise, and sensitive ratio spectra derivative spectrophotometric method for simultaneous estimation of Eperisone hydrochloride (EPE) and Diclofenac sodium(DIC) in synthetic mixture have been developed and validated. The ratio derivative spectroscopic method involves measurement of first derivative amplitude of ratio spectra at 247 nm for EPE and 218.4 nm for DIC as two wavelengths for estimation. Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 2-18 μg/ml for both EPE and DIC. LOD values for EPE and DIC are found to be 0.0634 μg/ml and 0.5386 μg/ml, respectively. LOQ values for EPE and DIC are found to be 0.1921 μg/ml and 1.6321 μg/ml, respectively. The method was validated statistically and recovery studies were carried out. It was found to be accurate, precise and reproducible. The method was applied to the assay of the drugs in synthetic mixture, which were found in the range of 98.0% to 102.0% of the labeled value for both Eperisone hydrochloride and Diclofenac sodium. Hence, the method herein described can be successfully applied in quality control of synthetic mixture.

    ABSTRACT
A novel, precise, accurate and rapid isocratic reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic/ultraviolet (RP-HPLC/UV) method was developed, optimized and validated for  simultaneous determination of Ibuprofen and Chlorzoxazone. The method showed adequate separation for Ibuprofen and Chlorzoxazone and best resolution was achieved with ACE 5 C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm i.d, 5 μm particle size) using Acetonitrile-Phosphate buffer pH 3.5 - Methenol (20:20:60, v/v; pH adjusted to 3.5 with O-phosphoric acid and TEA(Tetra ethyl amine) as a mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.7 ml/min and wavelength of 221 nm. The calibration curves were linear over the concentration ranges of 2-30 μg/ml for Ibuprofen and Chlorzoxazone. The limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ) for Ibuprofen were 0.96 and 2.92 μg/ml while for Chlorzoxazone were 0.69 and 2.09 μg/ml, respectively. All the analytes were separated in less than 6.0 min. The proposed method could be applied for routinelaboratory analysis of Ibuprofen and Chlorzoxazone in pharmaceutical dosage form. Methods were validated statistically and recovery studies were carried out. The proposed methods have been applied successfully to the analysis of cited drug either in pure form or in synthetic mixture of both drugs with good accuracy and precision. The method herein described can be employed for quality control and routine analysis of drugs in pharmaceutical formulations.

    ABSTRACT
    Aegle marmelos
Corr., a deciduous aromatic tree has been recognized in traditional medicine for the treatment of different diseases and ailments of humans like dysentery, fever, diabetes, asthma, heart problems, ophthalmia, haemorrhoids urinary problems etc.  The plant has been reported to contain several phytoconstituents belonging to category of coumarins (like marmenol), alkaloids (like aegeline), glycosides, triterpenoids, anthraquinones, sterols and volatile oils. Several modern scientific studies have authenticated its anti diarrhoeal and gastro protective, anti diabetic, antibacterial, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti thyroid, anti histaminic, anti prolifertive and anti fertility activity. Clinical trials of a formulation Diarex (containing A. marmelos has shown positive results patients suffering from diarrhoea and dysentery. This review gives a bird’s eye view mainly on folkloric uses, phytochemistry and pharmacological actions of the plant.

    Abstract:
Pain is the most common symptom prompting patients to seek medical attention and is reported by more than 80% of individuals who undergone their preliminary treatment. In case of surgery most of the patients suffer from mild to severe pain due to  huge number of tissue damage. Thus pain control is an important part for the patients who had undergone some surgery. Good pain control is needed to prevent the negative outcomes such as tachycardia, hypertension, Myocardial Ischemia etc. and provide better medical outcome. Pain can be assessed by different techniques but the most widely accepted technique is Visual analog scale (VAS) method. This article reviews a number of paper published internationally over this emergent topic and gives a brief overview related to pain assessment technique, mechanism of pain management and newer approaches taken to control pain.

    INTRODUCTION
Spectroscopy is the measurement and interpretation of Electromagnetic radiation (EMR) absorbed or emitted when the molecules or atoms or ions of a sample move from one energy state to another energy state. This change may be ground state to exited state or vice-versa. EMR is made up of discrete particles called photons. EMR has got both wave characteristic as well as particle characteristics. This means that it can travel in vacuum also.

    Abstract:
Dendrimers are perfect monodisperse macromolecules(poloymers) with regular and highly branched 3-D structure. Dendrimers have often been referred to as the “Polymer of the 21st century. They are characterized by branch upon branch architecture which are completely different from traditional Polymers. Exceptional feature of a dendrimer includes a high degree of structural symmetry, a density gradient displaying an intra-molecular minimum value and a well defined number of terminal groups. Dendrimers are normally used as carriers for drug delivery especially for oral, ocular and transdermal delivery. Oral drug delivery system are very important to the field of medicine, since most of the common illness are treated via oral route. Encapsulation and conjugation of drug with dendrimers have shown immerse employment for delivery of hydrophobic and labile drugs. Anticancer and antihypertensive drugs are most promising candidates for oral route using dendrimer as carrier. Dendrimers drug delivery system are therefore increasingly viewed as an advantageous for bioactive like drugs and gene. Although dendrimer drug delivery requires attention to certain manufacturing and biological consideration to be successful.

    ABSTRACT
Oncolytic virus is a wonderful discovery of 21st century. The basic concept of Oncolytic virus was developed since 1946 but it was not produce its effect properly. Now latest technology and modern biotechnology introduce a very efficient Oncolytic virus. This is a genetically modified virus that can treat various type of cancer with fewer side effects than other treatment of cancer. It follows different mechanism of killing tumor by specifically replication; induction of tissue necrosis factor; activation of immunity and treat incurable cancer even in metastatic stage of cancer so it is also effective in leukemia. Oncolytic virus therapy is undergoing in clinical trial and shows better results.
This article covers brief knowledge of cancer, Virus and Oncolytic virus. It is helpful to understand history, mechanism, benefits and clinical data of Oncolytic virus. And a summary of marketed product ready to launch in near future.
