• For Medical Candidates:
Essential Qualification: MBBS Degree with one year research/teaching experience
Or
MD in Microbiology/Pathology/PSM from a recognized University
Desirable Qualification: i) Additional Post doctoral research / training experience in
the field of Health Research (ii) Knowledge of computer applications.
Age limit: Not exceeding 35 years
Salary: Rs. 61.000/- + HRA per month (consolidated)
• For Non Medical Candidates:
Essential Qualification: 1st Class Masters Degree Life Sciences/ Molecular Biology/ Biotechnology/ Zoology/ Microbiology from a recognized university with 2 (two) years of research experience in relevant field
Or
2nd Class Masters Degree in Life Sciences/ Molecular Biology/ Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Zoology with PhD Degree in relevant subject from a recognized university.
Desirable Qualification: i) Additional Post doctoral research / training experience in the field of Bioinformatics (ii) Knowledge of computer applications.
Age limit: Not exceeding 35 years
Salary: Rs. 48,000/- + HRA per month
Project Assistant (Research Assistant): 1 post (Reserved for ST)
Essential Qualification: Graduate Degree in Life Sciences/ Molecular Biology/ Biotechnology/ Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognised university with three years relevant experience.
Or
Masters degree in Degree Life Sciences/ Molecular Biology/ Biotechnology/ Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized University'
Desirable Qualification: (i) Knowledge of computer applications.
Age limit: Not exceeding 30 years
Salary: Rs. 31,000/- per month (consolidated)

2. The duration of the project is 4 (four) months.
3. Age relaxation is admissible in respect of SC/ST/OBC candidates. Retrenched Govt. Employees, Departmental Candidates (including projects) and Ex- servicemen in accordance with the instructions issued by the Central Govt from time to time. Age concession to the extent of service rendered in other research projects will also be admissible for experienced and skilled persons.
