Job Description:
1. Maintaining the display standard of the store as per Standard Operating Procedure.
2. Responsible for providing sales and services to the walk-in customers (Customer Interaction).
3. Proper displaying the stock on shop floor as per merchandising guidelines
4. Accurately implement company Visual Merchandising policies 5. Use the appropriate product handling techniques.
6. Support to store operations through singes, offer communications etc
7. coordination with buying and operations team on sales/Stocks/Avlb/executions

Additional Responsibilies
- Large Team Handling of Field staff
- Responsible to make PJPs for the staff
- Report making and analysis of performance
- From FMCG/Retail industry

Candidate Profile:
MUST BE REGISTERED IN GUJARAT PHARMACY COUNCIL.
READY TO RELOCATE IN AHMEDABAD, BARODA, SURAT, RAJKOT.
LOCALS ARE GIVEN PREFERENCE.
