Vardhman Mahavir Medical College was established at Safdarjung Hospital by the Government of India in November, 2001. Its inauguration was done by the then Honourable Prime Minister Sh. Atal Bihari Vajpayee on 17th December, 2001 in presence of Sh.L.K.Advani, Sh. C. P. Thakur and Founder Principal Dr. Jagdish Prasad. The College building was dedicated to the Nation by the Vice President Sh. M. Hamid Ansari on 20th Nov. 2007 in the presence of Honourable Health Minister Dr. Anbumani Ramadoss.
A walk-in Interview / teleconference interview will be conducted for the post of Junior Medical Officer and Junior Research Fellow for the ICMR funded trial entitled "A Phase III, Randomized, Double-blind, Three arm Placebo controlled Trial to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of two vaccines VPM1002 and Immuvac (Mw) in Preventing Tuberculosis (TB) in Healthy Household Contacts of Newly Diagnosed Sputum Positive Pulmonary TB Patients."

Essential Qualification
1. Post-graduate in life science / clinical psychology / pharmacology / public health / hospital administration / B.Pharm
2. Knowledge of computer with experience and proficiency in Microsoft office.
3. Experience of working for a research project/ trial is desirable
Desirable Qualification : National Eligibility Test (NET) clarified, PhD in the relevant subject
Age Limit : 30 years

1. MBBS degree from a recognised University
