National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) is the first national level institute in pharmaceutical sciences with a proclaimed objective of becoming a centre of excellence for advanced studies and research in pharmaceutical sciences.

National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research (NIPER), Hyderabad is a prestigious educational institution of National importance, established in the year 2007 under the aegis of Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Govt, of India. NIPER, Hyderabad conducts courses in MS (Pharm.), M.Tech (Pharm.) in Pharmaceutical Sciences and MBA (Pharm.) in Pharma Management for Two years. Students are selected through a National Entrance Test (JEE). Research opportunities also exist for those who would like to pursue their Doctoral Degree, The Institute is mentored by CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Technology, Hyderabad, a leader in Chemical Technology which is welt known all over the world.

NIPER is now inviting applications for faculty positions on contractual basis initially for a period of one year which is likely to continue based on the performance of the selected candidate.

Applications are invited in the prescribed format (Enclosed) for the following posts on purely contract basis initially for a period of one year which may be extended or curtailed on the basis of the performance of the candidates and on mutual consent or requirement of the Institute as the case may be.

The Institute is conceived to provide leadership in pharmaceutical sciences and related areas not only within the country, but also to the countries in South East Asia, South Asia and Africa. NIPER is a member of Association of Indian Universities and Association of Commonwealth Universities.

Applications are invited from eligible candidate for filling up the following temporary position for the sponsored project from the DST - Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) to be undertaken in the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology of this Institute. The position is temporary and the offer will be initially for a period of ONE Year that can be extended further based on the performance and will be co terminus with the project. If the candidate also fulfils the institute criteria, admission in Ph.D through NIPER entrance may be considered. The requisite qualification & experience etc. are given below.
