Post: Senior Research Fellow

National Institutes of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPERs)under the aegis of Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Department of Pharmaceuticals are institutes of National importance created by an Act of Parliament with a mandate to nurture and promote quality and excellence in pharmaceutical education and research as to create human resources of a higher caliber for the Indian pharmaceutical industry, towards making India a global leader in innovation and Drug Discovery while continue to offer leadership in formulations. The NIPERs- Guwahati, Hajipur, Hyderabad& Raebareli are set up during 2007-08 and are functioning under premier mentor institutions and are being developed as independent institutions soon. The NIPER Mohali is having its own campus. Now applications are invited for the post of Director of these NIPERs.

In an effort to promote science and industry-academia collaboration, Zoetis and National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) are coming together in a joint research fellowship program to be carried out at NIPER, SAS Nagar. Applications are invited for the following vacancy under the project “Identification of potential anti-HIV natural product analogs using molecular docking and medicinal chemistry approaches”. The posts are to be filled for project period only and continuation of post is subject to extension to the project.

The National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) has been created as a centre of excellence for higher education, research and development in pharmaceutical sciences. NIPER, Rae Bareli at ITI campus, Rae Bareli under the mentor Institute of CSIR - Central Drug Research Institute, Lucknow invites eligible candidates for following positions on purely temporary basis on contract initially for a period of 1 year which can be extended further. The selected candidates shall have no claim for regularization against any regular post either in NIPER or CDRI.
