National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) is the first national level institute in pharmaceutical sciences with a proclaimed objective of becoming a centre of excellence for advanced studies and research in pharmaceutical sciences. The Government of India has declared NIPER as an 'Institute of National Importance'. It is an autonomous body set up under the aegis of Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India. The Institute is conceived to provide leadership in pharmaceutical sciences and related areas not only within the country, but also to the countries in South East Asia, South Asia and Africa. NIPER is a member of Association of Indian Universities and Association of Commonwealth Universities.
Walk-in interview for JRF position in a DST sponsored project
Applications are invited from interested and enthusiastic eligible candidates to work on the DST funded project as a JRF, at NIPER Hyderabad in the area of organic synthesis.
The candidate must have M.Sc in Organic Chemistry or M.Pharm (medicinal chemistry). At least 1 year of academic/ industrial/ research experience is preferable. The duration of the fellowship is for one year only.
Interested candidates must send in their resumes to coe.niperhyd@gov.in on or before 13th April, 2019. The shortlisted candidates will be required to attend an interview shortly thereafter. The selected candidate will start working on the project within one week from the date of selection.
No TA/DA will be paid to participate in the interview process or to join the institute.
