Applications are invited from eligible candidates for Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical) and Project Technical Support-III positions for the below mentioned project funded by Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR). The position is purely temporary in nature and co-terminus with the project. The period of employment may be initially for 1 year and renewed up to 3 years based on the satisfactory performance. Project Title : Development of Novel Therapeutic Agents Through PAD2 and PAD4 Dual Inhibition for the Management of Pulmonary Fibrosis
Number of Positions : One each
Project duration : 3 Years
Salary : Project Research Scientist-I: 56,000 INR per month + House Rental Allowances (HRA) as per the ICMR norms [OR] As per ICMR norms (Approximate emoluments may be 71,120 INR).
Project Technical Support-III: 28,000 INR per month + House Rental Allowances (HRA) as per the ICMR norms [OR] As per ICMR norms (Approximate emoluments may be 36,400 INR).
Qualification Project Research Scientist-I Essential: (i) First class post-graduate (PG) degree (including integrated PG degree) such as M.S. (Pharm) / M.Pharm or Equivalent (with specialization in Pharmacology & Toxicology/Regulatory Toxicology/Biotechnology; [OR] (ii) Second class post-graduate degree in aforementioned disciplines with Ph.D. Aforementioned qualification(s) must be from the recognized Board/ University/ Institute.
Desirable : Candidates having experience in Drug Discovery, NCE screening, In vitro and In vivo Pharmacology models and Molecular Biology techniques will be given preference.
Technical Support-III Essential : (i) First class post-graduate (PG) degree (including integrated PG degree) such as M.S. (Pharm)/ M.Pharm/MSc or Equivalent (with specialization in Pharmacology & Toxicology/Regulatory Toxicology/Biotechnology. Desirable: Candidates having experience in Pharmacological and Toxicological models, Molecular Techniques, In vitro cell culture techniques will be given preference.
Age Limit :
Project Research Scientist-I : 35 years as on the date of 4th September 2026.
Technical Support-III : 35 years as on the date of 4th September 2026.
