Post graduate degree including the integrated PG degree in life Sciences / Biomedical Sciences/ Chemistry/ Physics/ Biomedical-engineering or a relevant field.
The candidate should hold any of the following degree : Master’s in Botany, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Bioscience, Biochemistry environmental sciences or any other relevant allied subject with 1st division in Graduate and Post Graduate examinations.
Ph.D / MD / MS / MDS or an equivalent degree. Alternatively, candidates with a minimum of 3 years of research, teaching, and design & development experience after MVSc / M.Pharm / ME / M.Tech are also eligible.

The successful candidate will have proven expertise in conducting research in theoretical/computational and experimental ecology or evolution, and be able to teach topics in areas such as population and community ecology, epidemiology and evolutionary ecology, among others.
First-class in M.Pharm with valid GPAT qualified candidates preferred. Candidates with good knowledge in in-vivo and in-vitro pharmacology, neuroscience, neuropharmacology, molecular biology will be preferred.
Ph.D. degree with at least one first-author research article published in reputed journals focusing on Neurobehavioral, Immunohistochemistry and microscopic techniques.
