A Walk-in-Interview will be held in the Library of Department of Life science and Biotechnology (1* Floor), Jadavpur University, Kolkata-700032 on 20th April, 2026 (Monday), for the recruitment of one Junior Research Fellow under the project entitled ‘"Investigating the mechanism of exosomal IncRNA-driven cancer associated fibroblast (CAF)- mediated matrix remodelling and sternness progression in Lung Cancer : Remedy through Nanotherapeutic strategy to overcome sternness." under Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF-ARG), Government of India, under the supervision of Dr. Arghya Adhikary (Principle Investigator), Department Lifescience and Biotechnology, Jadavpur University, as per details below.

Essential and desired Qualification
Essential : Graduate Degree (M.Sc./M.Tech) in Biotechnology / Life Sciences.
Desirable : Knowledge and Hands-on experience in molecular biology techniques and animal cell culture techniques. Qualified in GATE/NET/or other equivalent national level exam. NET is necessary for enrollment in the PhD program at JU.
Age Limit : 30 years
Salary Rs. (per month) : Rs. 37000. 00 + 30% HRA (For first 2 years) Rs.42,000.00 + 30%HRA (For last year)

Tenure of the Fellowship : 36 months
Relaxation of age as per rule : SC/ST/OBC-A/ OBC-B/PWD maximum upto 5 years Type of Selection
