We were incorporated in March 2006 located in Alpharetta, GA, and then shortly expanded to another location in Bloomington, IL. ABSTRACT
The definition Rational drug therapy is the use of drugs, which are efficient, safe, low-cost and easy to administer. It requires that health practitioners have adequate medical knowledge and appropriate skill for correct diagnosis and treatment. Rational drug therapy one of the major part in treatment to give accurate treatment to patient. It is very important for underdeveloped and developing countries, not only these both it is important factor too developed countries. The rational drug therapy should be followed in each and every treatment it gives efficacy and effective treatment to patients and common people. The common people sometimes fallow over counter drugs (OTC) it is an unrationalised way not only OTC but also doctor prescribed treatment. Rational drug therapy shows main impact on treatment duration of patient and healthy life common people. The study was mainly done on common people to know about rational drug therapy procedure, how much knowledge about rational way of treatment and drugs intake. This pattern of study is about how much they skipped doses and treatment taken on which references. The patient and people how they misuse the drugs for their treatment.

Pimpri Chinchwad is known by many nomenclatures worldwide. Widely famous as Industrial Township, it is also recognized as Detroit of the East with the presence of many national and multinational automobile companies. Blessed with rich cultural heritage and history, Pimpri Chinchwad is the birthplace of many freedom fighters like Chaphekar and Halbe. Shri Chapekar took active part in freedom struggle against oppressive British rule. He was hanged for the assassination of the infamous British officer Walter Charles Rand who had caused distress among the masses and committed atrocities in the Plague hit city of Pune. A monument dedicated to Chaphekar brothers has been erected at the centre of the town.

National Institute of Immunohaematology was started by ICMR basically to solve problems in blood banking, slowly branched out successfully to initiate research in various other related areas of immunohaematology viz. biochemical genetics , red cell enzymopathies and hemoglobinopathies , population genetics, antenatal serology, Immunology, HLA etc. In the first twenty five years, using limited space, limited resources and budget, talented and highly enthusiastic young scientists from the center under the guidance of dynamic stalwarts Dr. H M Bhatia and Dr. A J Baxi could produce as many as 271 publications of which 71 were published in prestigious international journals. The centre had many discoveries to it's credit.
