In order to strengthen the medical facilities in District Hospital Sukma/Development Block Konta/Chhindgarh/Sukma under District Sukma, appointment of Lab Technician/Pharmacist Grade 02, Radiographer/Driver under local arrangement under DMF item of District Administration is to be done on contractual basis through interview/merit/written examination. For which advertisement broadcast date. Applications can be made in the prescribed form from 08-08-25 to 18-08-25 at 5.30 pm at the office of Chief Medical Officer, District-Sukma (Address PIN 494111). The prescribed eligibility criteria and details of the vacant posts are as follows.

Qualification : 12th + D.Pharm / B.Pharm
Terms and Conditions
1. This appointment is neither regular nor contractual. This appointment is being made only for emergency medical arrangements under local arrangements, this appointment will automatically end if regular/contractual appointment is made in its place.
2. This appointment is being made for one year from the date of joining, service extension can be given only if the work is satisfactory. And if the work is not satisfactory, the government will be free to terminate the service at any time.
3. There will be no eligibility for maternity and paternity leave in the recruitment of the above posts. Unpaid leave will be provided during the said period.
4. Honorarium - During the service period, lump sum honorarium will be payable every month, apart from this no other type of allowance/CRMC facility will be payable.
5. Before the end of service, the service can be terminated by any party at any time by giving one month's notice or depositing/paying one month's salary in place of notice.
6. If the employee remains absent for more than one month continuously, his/her services will be automatically terminated.
Selection Process and Guidelines:-
1. The required qualification details are as follows-
Educational Qualification : 70 marks.
Experience (per year) 02 marks) : 10 marks.
Mobile Interview : 20 marks.
• Mark sheet of each year of the prescribed minimum educational qualification.
• Mark sheet of the prescribed desirable educational qualification.
• It is mandatory to attach the live registration certificate of CG Council for the posts for which it is applicable.
• Live employment registration is mandatory.
• Experience certificate of the related work, if any (if the period of experience is not clearly mentioned, the experience certificate will be rejected.
• Identity Card (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport PAN Card, Driving License).
2. If all the above documents are not submitted, during the test or after appointment, if the documents are found to be false in any way, the appointment of the candidate can be rejected.
3. Candidates of Chhattisgarh state will be selected on the basis of educational qualification and experience.
4. Only candidates of Chhattisgarh state level will be selected.
5. In case of equal marks in the merit list, seniority will be determined on the basis of date of birth.
6. Candidates interested in one or more posts will have to submit separate applications for each post.
7. The applicant must compulsorily present the original copy of the documents and certificates attached with him for document verification.
8. Appointment will be given on the above posts for 01 year and honorarium will be payable in lump sum every month. 9. The age limit for recruitment to the above posts will be minimum 18 years and maximum 60 years.
10. Selection of a person will not be ensured merely by applying. Before issuing the final selection list, the original certificates will be checked, if found incorrect/erroneous, the selection committee will have the sole right to cancel the appointment.
11. Write the name of the post applied for on the application form. Incomplete and application received after the deadline will not be accepted.
12. Post wise waiting list will also be issued for the said post, which will be valid for 01 year from the date of issue or till the next recruitment, whichever is earlier.
13. Written examination will be conducted on the received applications as per the guidelines of the selection committee.
14. If at any stage of the selection process it is found that any kind of pressure is being exerted by the candidate or an attempt is being made to influence the fair selection process, then his application form will be rejected and no claim will be accepted in this regard.
15. Such candidates whose service has been terminated by any government department due to indiscipline/financial irregularity/improper behavior, no matter which post they hold, will be considered as ineligible candidates. The said clause will be applicable even after selection/appointment.
16. Contract appointment will be done as per the conditions contained in the Chhattisgarh Civil Service (Contract Appointment) Rules 2012 issued by the government.
17. The selection committee will have the sole right to take the final decision on any dispute or problem arising during the recruitment process, which will be acceptable to all applicants.
18. The number of the above posts can be increased or decreased by the selection committee as per the requirement.
19. The candidates will be selected on the basis of merit, marks of desirable qualification / educational qualification, experience (for whichever post is applicable), total marks.
20. In case of not getting candidates of the concerned category for any of the above posts, recruitment will be done from the ST category.
