Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following purely contractual positions under an ICMR-funded research project “Developing an integrated workflow for predicting Suicidal Risk in subjects with Major Depressive Disorder by Psychological Profiling and Multi-OMICS” at AIIMS, New Delhi.
Project Duration : 36 months.
Stipend / Salary : As per ICMR guidelines
Project Research Scientist II (Non-Medical) - 1 post
Essential Qualification : Postgraduate degree in Biotechnology / Bioinformatics / Biochemistry or related field with 3 years’ research experience OR PhD
Desired Qualification : PhD with experience in clinical data management and statistical analysis (e.g., SPSS), supported by publications in mental health research.
Age limit : Up to 40 years
Project Technical Support II (Lab Technician) - 3 posts
Essential Qualification : Three-year graduate degree in MLT/DMLT or equivalent with 2 years’ experience in the relevant field
Desired Qualification : Phlebotomist with experience in molecular techniques such as DNA/RNA extraction, Western blotting, Cell culture, etc.
Age limit : Up to 30 years
Project Technical Support II (Clinical Psychologist) - 2 posts
Essential Qualification : M.A. in Clinical Psychology
Desired Qualification : Experience in patient assessment, use of standardised psychiatric assessment tools, longitudinal follow-up, and clinical data documentation will be preferred.
Age limit : Up to 30 years
Appointments will be initially for one year and extendable based on performance and project requirements.
