NHM Nashik District Hiring Pharmacists

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following posts for the Nashik District under the National Health Mission on contractual and contract basis.

Post : Pharmacist

No of posts : 04 (ST-2, SBC-1, Open-1)
Qualification : 12th + Diploma
Vacancy : DH Nashik- (RBSK-1, NVHCP-1), Igatpur- 1, Peth-1

Remuneration in Rs. : Rs.17000/- 
The process for this post will be implemented as per the instructions given from time to time from the state level.

Terms and Conditions
1) Interested candidates should apply in the prescribed format 2) Age Proof 3) Degree/Diploma Certificate (All Year Certificate) 4) Mark Sheet 5) Experience Certificate of work done in Government/Semi-Government Organization with signature and name and mobile number of the Head of the Office 6) Experience should be of relevant work and if necessary, appointment order and certificate of payment of honorarium 7) Caste/Validity Certificate etc. should be submitted in person/by post along with photocopies.  
2) Hon. Joint Director (Technical), National Health Mission, Mumbai, letter No. As mentioned in the letter dated 20/07/2016, RAASO/Manpower/Reservation/24546-774/2016, if the candidates of the reserved category as per the social reservation are not available in sufficient quantity, keeping in view the requirement of the vacant posts and keeping in mind that the National Health Mission is a mission to be implemented within the time limit, temporary appointment will be given to the eligible candidates of the open category selected in the waiting list for a period of 11 months 29 days. The said appointment will be terminated after the relevant candidate is received.
3) As per the Government decision dated 25th April 2016 of the General Administration Department, Mantralaya Mumbai, the minimum age of the candidate on the last date of application will be 18 years and the maximum age will be 38 years for open category and 43 years for backward class. The age limit for entry and exit of Medical Officer (MBBS) and Specialist, Super Specialist will be 70 years and the age limit for entry and exit of other patient service related posts in the mission (e.g. Nurse, Head Nurse, Technician, Counselor, Drug Manufacturer etc.) will be 65 years. The maximum age limit for entry and exit of service will be relaxed up to 5 years for candidates working in the service of the National Health Mission. It is mandatory for applicants above 60 years to submit a certificate of Physical Fitness certified by the District Surgeon. After the age of 60, re-appointment orders will be issued only after receiving a certificate of physical fitness from the District Surgeon every year.   
4) The government employee should not have any serious criminal record or have not been convicted during his/her previous government service.  
5) After the completion of the recruitment process, if a vacancy occurs due to resignation of an employee in any place in the future, the candidate on the waiting list will be given appointment orders without conducting a fresh recruitment process.  


6) It is necessary to attach a demand draft of Rs. 150/- for open category posts and Rs. 100/- for reserved category posts and write your name in your own signature on the back of the demand draft, the said demand draft should be in the name of "District Integrated Health & Family Welfare Society Nashik-Non PIP". If the demand draft is not deposited in the bank for any reason, the application will be considered ineligible.  
7) The honorarium mentioned in front of the post is the combined honorarium and no other allowances will be payable apart from it.  
8) The condition of small family has been implemented from 23/07/2020 and  Candidates having more than two surviving children from 23/07/2020 will not be eligible to apply for the National Health Mission recruitment.
9) All the above posts are of contractual nature and of combined remuneration and will be filled for a period up to 29/06/2026. Further reappointment (for a period of 11 months 29 days) will be based on your performance evaluation.
10) Action will be taken as per the instructions issued by the state level from time to time.
11) A merit list will be prepared by the committee based on the marks obtained in the qualifying exam in the final year, additional educational qualification in the relevant subject, experience in government/semi-government/national health mission work related to the relevant post. The said merit list will be published on the government's website www.nhm.maharashtra.gov.in, https://arogya.maharashtra.gov.in and www.zpnashik.maharashtra.gov.in. If the candidates have any objections in this regard, they should register their objections on the same day.  It should be noted that objections received after that will not be considered. After considering the objections received within the given time, the final merit list will be published on the above government website.
12) Selection list and waiting list will be published on the website.
13) The above mentioned posts are not State Government posts but purely contractual posts. There will be no right or claim regarding the terms, conditions and conditions as per Government service on the said post and the Government service rules are not applicable for this post.
14) If the Central / State Government rejects the relevant posts, the service of the candidate will be terminated immediately without giving any prior notice.
15) The applicant should be physically and mentally fit for the relevant post and no criminal case should be registered against the applicant.

16) The applicant cannot demand to change the location as per their convenience during the contract period.
17) Applicants should correctly mention their current mobile number and e-mail ID in their application. Also, they should ensure that it remains in good condition till the completion of the recruitment process.
18) During the recruitment process, the candidates will have to be present at their own expense whenever they are called. Also, no honorarium or travel expenses will be payable for such attendance.
19) The application form is published with the advertisement, and if the application is not as per the said form, the application of the candidates will not be accepted.
20) If the application of the candidates is incomplete and partially filled, the entire responsibility will remain with the candidates and the candidates will not be able to complain about this.
21) The selected candidates will have to submit a bond of Rs. 100/- on bond paper at the time of joining the post, stating that they agree to the terms of the agreement.
22) It will be mandatory for the selected candidates to join the place of appointment within 7 days from the date of receipt of the appointment order, otherwise their appointment order will be terminated and the next candidates in the waiting list will be appointed.
23) All rights of the recruitment process, including making more or less changes in the number of posts, changing social reservation, cancelling the recruitment process, changing the terms and conditions, changing the place of posting, etc., are reserved by this office and the right to change the selection process at any time is reserved by the Hon. Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad Nashik.
