District Urban Health Unit, Health Branch, District Panchayat, Panchmahal-Godhra is preparing a selection list and waiting list for the recruitment of various cadres, 11 months contract based posts for newly approved NUHM UPHC Godhra and Halol as per the following details, eligible candidates will have to apply online at the link of the State Government's online Arogyasathi (HRMS) portal arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in from 25/11/2025 to 01/12/2025 (12 midnight), within the time limit of 7 days.

Qualification:- Posses a degree in Pharmacy or a diploma in Pharmacy of a recognized university or an equivalent educational qualification Must have registered his/her name with the Gujarat pharmacy council.  

Experience :- Provided that preference shall be given to a candidate having experience in dispensing the medicine in hospitals or dispensaries. A candidate possessing knowledge of Computer is a additional qualification.

Age Limit:- Up to 58 years (The age limit will be taken into consideration as per the last date of received of online applications mentioned in the advertisement.)

Salary : Rs. 16,000/- per month


Important instructions regarding filling the online form
1. Only the application received online at arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in will be accepted. Applications received through RPAD, Speed Post, Courier or Simple Post will not be accepted.  
2. In the online application, the candidate will have to fill all his details accurately. In which - the full name as per the school leaving certificate will have to be written.  
3. The JPG or PDF copy of the original document (as required) in a legible and clear manner in the form will have to be uploaded in the online portal. If unclear, unreadable documents are uploaded, such application will be considered rejected.  
4. Applications with incomplete/unclear/inconsistent details will be invalid.  
5. The candidate will not be able to apply more than once. 
6. Correspondence from this office for the said post will be done only through e-mail. Therefore, all the candidates will have to mandatorily indicate their currently working e-mail ID in the online application. Candidates will have to check their e-mail from time to time for any notification/information from this office, which should be taken into special note. Mobile number including Whatsapp should be given for contact.

7. For the said posts, every candidate will have to apply online only after thoroughly studying the necessary details such as educational qualification, experience, age, etc. for that post in the advertisement given in the Arogya Sathi portal.  
8. The age limit will be calculated on the last date of acceptance of applications mentioned in the advertisement for age limit, i.e. in the case of all candidates, the last date of acceptance of applications mentioned in the advertisement for age limit will be considered as 01/12/2025.  
9. If any discrepancy is found in the face-to-face verification of the details filled by the candidates in the online application, the application form of that candidate will be considered cancelled. 
10. When the eligible candidates are called for verification of certificates/documents in person, the candidate will have to be present at the office here at his own expense and will have to submit a self-attested hard copy of the online application made, along with the necessary self-attested certificates (School Living Certificate, Marksheet of Standard 10, Standard 12 as per the prescribed qualification, Diploma/Graduation-Postgraduate last year marksheet (including marksheet of all attempts if more than 1 attempt), Certificate of Effort, Degree Certificate, Registration Certificate of the concerned Council (if renewed, its receipt), Certificate of Experience, Certificate of Computer Course etc.). The candidature of the candidate who is absent for verification of documents on the said day will be considered cancelled.
11. The said recruitment is on a contract basis of 11 months, no other rights and benefits will be available and no claim for permanent employment can be made or challenged in court.
12. The final and irrevocable decision regarding the appointment such as increase or decrease in posts, cancellation of the recruitment process or all other matters related to it will be the responsibility of the Chief District Health Officer, Panchmahal-Godhra.
