Post: Sales Executive/Manager
a) Marketing of Company’s all products effectively to achieve the Sales Budgets.
b) Developing and implementing market & business strategy in co-ordination with the Product Management team for the territory.
c) Identifying and providing feedback on Company’s & Competitors products to the Product Management team.
d) Identifying New Potential markets.
e) Liaison with local authorities.
f) Stockiest and C&F Management.
g) Training of existing /new field staff.
h) Direct marketing in an assigned area
i) On the job training to the Trainee Sales Officers, existing & new.
j) Institutional coverage.
k) Market Research.
l) Arranging of cycle meetings & new product launches.
m) Participation in sales and marketing strategy development meetings.
n) Report analysis.
o) Involvement in the Sales Development activities in non-performing/new territories.
Conducting symposiums, seminars & Doctor’s group meetings.
Candidate must be a B.Sc./B.Pharma Graduate.
Candidate must have experience working in Pharma industry for atleast 3 - 5 Years.
Good communication skills.
Experience: 3-6 years
