Job Description
1. Analsyis of raw material in accordance with quality control system and cGMP. Timely submission of documents pertaining to day to day analysis , to receiver.
2. Sampling of raw material .
3.prepration of analytical protocols, certificate of analysis and approved/rejected labels in accordance with quality control systems and cGMP.
4.Reporting on analytical protocols with correctness & completeness . 5.Review of analytical protocols , CoA , raw dat correctness and completeness.
6.send samples to external laboratories for tests whenever required. 7.calibration of instruments as scheduled & as per defined responsibilities . cleaning and maintenance of these instruments
8.To support OOS investigation through analysis and technical inputs.
9.Keep /maintain retention samples of raw/packaging materials
10.provide required data for reports to management
11.Guide, train and develop juniors analysts as and when required to enable them to achieve high level of technical competence
12.maintain specification /methods of analysis .
13.Ensure efficient inter -and intra departmental communication
14.maintain good house keeping
15.follow measure identified for optimizing the cost
16. Ensure personal accountability through daily reporting and meeting defined objectives
Candidate Profile
Msc/Bsc or M.pharm/ B.Pharma English 1 - 5 yrs
