Required qualifications & Eligibility
First class B. Pharm. With Master Degree in Pharmacy (M. Pharm.) in appropriate branch of specialization in Pharmacy (Qualification must be PCI recognized). A PCI recognized Pharm. D degree holder shall also be eligible for the post of Lecturer/Asstt. Professor in the subject of Pathophysiology. Pharmacology and Pharmacy practice.
Important Instructions/lnformations:-
1. Punjabi up to Matric Level or equivalent is essential for the post.
2. Candidate should be registered with State Pharmacy Council for post
3. The candidate should not be below 18 years and above 37 years of age as on the last date of receipt of application. The upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ST/BC/OBC. handicapped, Govt, employee etc. as per the policy of State Govt.
4. Reservation for SC/ST/BC/OBC etc. as per the policy of State Government.

6. Application to one post will not entitle candidate to consider for the another post. The candidate has to apply separately for each vacancy.
7. The candidates qualifying for selection on the basis of written test will be called for verification of original records & eligibility.
8. In the case of two or more candidates obtaining equal marks, the candidate of older in age shall be placed in the order of merit.
9. There will be objective type of test of two hours duration consisting of 100 objective type questions with multiple choices answers. Each question cany one mark and for every wrong answer 14 marks will be deducted.
10. The medium of test will be in English except questions of Punjabi subject, if any. held for the posts.
11. The qualifying marks for the post at Sr. No. 1 is 50 and for other posts will be 35 marks for General category & relaxation of 5 marks will be granted to Reserved category candidates for selection.
12. Weightage of written test shall be 100% marks for consideration of merit in selection.
13. Selection wiII be made as per merit prepared on the basis of written test only subject to fulfilling of eligibility criteria
14. No TA/DA will be given for appearing in the test/interview/couriering.
15. After the recruitment, the appointee will be paid emoluments as per State Govt, rules as applicable from time to time.
16. The date & criteria of written test, and other information’s related to appointment etc. will be put on the college website i.e. shivalikpharmacycollege.in.
17. The candidates are advised to keep checking the college website for updates and information’s, if any. as no individual information shall be sent.
18. Shivalik College of Pharmacy. Nangal reserves the right to withdraw any kind of posts or amendment in selection procedure etc. mentioned in the advertisement without any notice.
Application in the prescribed proforma should be reached in the office of Shivalik College of Pharmacy, Nangal within 15 days of publication of this notice along with the bank draft (non-refundable, in any case) of Rs. 1000/- for general category & Rs. 500/- for SC/ST category in the favour of Principal, Shivalik College of Pharmacy, Nangal and along with four passport-size colored photograph, attested copies of certificates and two self addressed stamped envelopes. Application without fees or incomplete in any respect will be rejected without intimation.
