Responsibilities
1. The Compliance Manager will be supporting the Global Compliance initiatives and efforts, will assist and ensure timely collation, analysis and evaluation of the compliance metrics from various PV & Allied functions within the organization.
2. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the appropriate tracking and compliance tools, reports, plans, tasks and activities pertaining to the compliance management system.
3. Evaluate non-compliance and assist in elucidating specific causes.
4. Perform follow-up on pending non-compliance to as required.

5. Perform compliance data analysis using available tools to identify potential trends.
6. Track, communicate & liaise on compliance to the client.
7. Manage and update compliance documents (controlled or otherwise).
8. Participate to the development of compliance programs and quality tools to enhance global quality and adherence to SOPs and trainings.
9. Publish weekly/monthly compliance dashboards in agreed formats.


Candidate Profile
College/University degree – A minimum of Bachelors Degree in life science (Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Pharmacy / Master of Pharmacy / other Life Science graduates) with a minimum 3 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance or allied fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance or allied fields - Essential.
• Microsoft proficient – Essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong team working and Leadership skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and delegate work.
• Proven ability to work in validated databases.
• Accountable, flexible and proactive.
