M.Pharm with minimum 10 years of experience post qualification or PhD with 5 years of experience post qualification from Central govt. organizations in E-tendering of drugs, Procurement of medicines, Knowledge of GFR & Manual of Procurement

D.Pharm with 8 years of experience or B.Pharm with 5 years of experience post qualification in Central Govt. organizations Central govt. organizations in Procurement of medicines, Knowledge of GFR & Manual of Procurement 

Masters / PG in Statistics / Health Statistics / Public Health Informatics/ Public Health/ MBA in Health Management from recognized institutions of UGC / AICTE. 

To conduct situational analysis and field visits for enabling informed decision by the states in implementation of the initiative. To assist states and MoHFW in adoption, customization of the IT based Inventory Management system developed by CDAC and NIC e.g. e-Aushidhi, DVDMS etc.

Bachelors degree Pharmacy/ Medicine/ Dental/ Nursing/ AYUSH; National Health Systems Resource Centre, NHSRC has been set up under the National Health Mission as an autonomous registered society

Coordinate with National AMR surveillance sites and states for AMR Surveillance data. Ensure AMR alerts are submitted by all programme sites to NRL for confirmation. Need assessment and organise data management/data software trainings; Master of Science MSc in Medical Microbiology / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biomedical Sciences with Doctor of Philosophy, PhD in Medical Microbiology / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Bio medical Sciences.

Life sciences with specialization in Molecular biology, Microbial genetics, Cell biology or Genetics from a recognized University.

To review the existing Procurements, logistics and supply chain Management systems in the country.  To conduct situational analysis and field visits for enabling informed decision by the states in implementation of the initiative.
