First class Post Graduate in Pharmacology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences and should be selected through a process described in anyone of the following National Eligibility Test CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship Assistant Professorship and GATE.

Teaching, Preparing Curriculum and Syllabus, Handling departmental activities, Research activities, any other work assigned by the authorities, Students guidance, counseling and helping in their personal, ethical, moral and overall character development.
