The Institute of Pesticide Formulation Technology (IPFT) is an Autonomous Institution [under Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Registration No. S-21944/1991)] under the Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Govt. of India. It was established in May’1991 and in this short span, it has emerged as a reputed institute among the pesticide formulation and analytical R & D centres of India.

TARIFA MEMORIAL INSTITUTE OF PHARMACY is the pioneer institution conducting Pharmacy courses in the State of West Bengal.
