Bastar District is a district of the state of Chhattishgarh in central India. Jagdalpur is the district headquarter. The district has an area of 4029.98 km. Roche announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved Susvimo  (ranibizumab injection) 100 mg/mL for intravitreal use via ocular implant for the treatment of people with neovascular or wet age-related macular degeneration (nAMD) who have previously responded to at least two anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) injections. Neovascular AMD is a potentially blinding condition that requires treatment with eye injections as often as once a month.

The Assam Rifles is the oldest paramilitary force of the Indian Army, dating back to 1835 under the British Raj, raised under the name Cachar Levy. The present name of Assam Rifles has been used since 1917. Over the course of its history, the Assam Rifles have served in a number of roles, conflicts and theatres including World War I, where they served in Europe and the Middle East, and World War II, where they served mainly in Burma.
