Pharmacist Opportunities Under Rashtriya Aarogya Abhiyan Programme

Online applications are invited from eligible candidates only through Google Form to fill up posts in 24 cadres under various programs under Rashtriya Aarogya Abhiyan and under 15th Finance Commission for the period upto 29/06/2026.

General Terms and Conditions :-
• The said posts are purely on contract/agreement basis and not of State Govt.
• The emoluments mentioned against the posts are aggregate emoluments and no other allowances are payable apart from that.
• Selected candidates will be appointed for the period upto 29/06/2026. For the next period, the appointment will be given for the next 11 months and 29 days only after getting the approval of the posts and the start of the campaign from the State Health Society Mumbai and if the work in the previous period is satisfactory. Candidates cannot make any claim regarding reappointment, inclusion in Government regular service or service protection through Government.
• Applications are invited from the interested and qualified candidates for the respective post through Google Form Link only from the date of publication of the advertisement and the candidates should use the link given on the website. The link will be open from 09/06/2026 to 10/06/2026 till 11.50 PM. After that the link will be closed. Therefore, it will be the responsibility of the candidates to submit the application form online within the prescribed period. It should be noted that any application submitted in offline mode (by post or in person) will not be accepted by the office.
• After submitting the application online through Google Form Link, candidates will receive a copy of the Auto-Generated application form on their email. Candidates should keep the copy of the said application till the completion of the entire recruitment process. Also it will be mandatory to submit the original document at the time of verification.
• If the candidate's final year/semester mark sheet is in SGPA instead of percentage, such candidates will be required to convert SGPA to percentage from the concerned university and submit that document along with the application at the time of verification. Otherwise candidates will not be awarded marks.

• After scrutinizing the applications received within the prescribed period, the list of candidates regarding eligibility, marks and schedule of interview / original document verification will be published on the website of Zilla Parishad Gadchiroli www.zpgadchiroli.maharashtra.gov.in. Candidates will not be informed separately for this. So candidates will need to visit the website from time to time.
• If the candidate is qualifying for more than one post, it is mandatory to submit separate application for each post and pay separate recruitment fee challan for each application.
• Candidates can deposit the recruitment fee of Rs.100/- in the form of online (Internet Backing, Phone Pay, Google Pay etc.) to the bank account specified in the following details or offline in the bank account specified in the details. The said amount will be non-refundable. Fees by Check or Direct Debit (DD) will not be accepted under any circumstances.

• Before finalizing the selection of candidates, the candidates will be called and all the original documents related to their application will be verified. At that time, it will be mandatory for the candidates to submit the said original document, small family sample-A form attached with the advertisement, the print of the form received on the candidate's email about filling the application and also the screen shot of the recruitment fee transaction / cash payment receipt etc. before the document verification committee, otherwise the candidate will be rejected from the selection process. Candidates absent at the time of original document verification will not be considered for selection under any circumstances.
• Applications not possessing the prescribed qualifications, incomplete, not received within the prescribed period, not having paid full fee as per category and applications made twice for the same post will not be considered.
• If sufficient candidates from the reserved category are not available for the above posts, as per the circular dated 20/07/2016 of the State Health Society, Mumbai, the candidates from the open category will be considered for selection, so the candidates from the open category will also be allowed to submit their applications. But such application shall remain mandatory for open category along with required fee. Also, the concerned candidates should note that if the required candidates from backward category are available, they will not be considered for selection under any circumstances.
• As per the Government Decision dated 25th April 2016 of the General Administration Department, Ministry of Mumbai, the minimum age of the candidate will be 18 years and the maximum age will be 38 years (for reserved category the maximum age will be 43 years) on the last date of online application i.e. 280/06/2026.

• Candidates will have to attend at their own expense whenever they are called during the recruitment process. Also, no honorarium or travel expenses will be payable for the said attendance.
• During the recruitment process, if it is found that the candidate has furnished wrong information, concealed any information, used coercive system or adopted improper route, his/her candidature/appointment will be canceled at any stage without any prior notice. It should also be noted that administrative and criminal action will be taken if necessary.
• Candidates for the posts in which technical cadres are required to hold a valid registration certificate from the prescribed central government or state government registration department, at the time of original document verification, it will be necessary to attach the said valid registration certificate along with their application.
• Candidates should enter their updated email id and mobile number correctly while submitting the application. Also, care should be taken that it continues till the recruitment process is completed. So that it will be convenient for the candidates to contact through this office during the recruitment process.
• Affidavit of Small Family under Maharashtra Civil Service Rules 2005 will be required to be submitted at the time of verification of original documents along with the application form in Specimen-A.
• The candidate will be required to carry the Domicile / Nationality certificate obtained from the competent authority and submit it along with the application at the time of document verification.

• According to Government Decision dated 13th January 2009 open (Amagas), candidates belonging to other backward categories (VJ, NT, SBC & OBC) except Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes category will be required to possess advanced and non-advanced category (Non-Criminal) certificate valid till 31st March 2026 and it will be required to be submitted along with the application form and at the time of document verification.
• Recruitment of posts under Rashtriya Arogya Abhiyan is done in prescribed manner and according to the merit of the candidates and for this no amount is demanded from this office. So the candidates who have submitted the application should not fall prey to any bait or temptation. All concerned should note that this office will not be responsible under any circumstances if the candidates or their relatives behave, fall prey to any bait or temptation.
