In the light of the instructions received from the Director of Campaign, National Health Mission, Department of Swachhshi and P.K., Jharkhand, Ranchi vide letter 631 (MD) dated 16.12.2023, applications are invited subject to the following conditions for appointment to various posts on contract basis against the vacant posts under various programs under the District Health Committee, Jamtada, the details of which are as follows.

Post : Pharmacist -RBSK

No of posts : 06 (UR-03, ST-02, SC-01) 
Qualification : 1. Intermediate/10+2 with Science Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognised Institution 
2. Basic Skill of Computer 
3. Registered under Jharkhand State Pharmacy Council
Salary : Rs. 11550/-

Advertisement Terms :-
1. The date of publication of advertisement shall be accepted for calculation of age for selection.  In the light of Memorandum 07 A0/Niti/07-11/2010 dated 25.04.2011 dated 25.04.2011 of Personnel Administrative Reforms and Official Language Department, Jharkhand, the maximum age limit will be as follows.
Minimum age limit : 21
Maximum age limit : UR-35, SC/ST- 40
2. Candidates selected on contract basis will not have regular employment.  Rather they will be contracted to work against an agreed honorarium.  Claims for any kind of planning in future will not be accepted.
3. The reservation roster for all the above posts will be predictable at the district level.
4. The contract will be for one year and if the work is found to be satisfactory, the contract period will be extended on the basis of Annual Performance Appraisal.
5. Verification of all original certificates submitted by the selected candidates will be done by the certificate issuing institution.  If found wrong, legal action will be taken by canceling the appointment with immediate effect.  Honorarium will be paid only after certificate verification.  Also, if the information given by the applicant is found to be incorrect under any condition, the District Health Committee will have the right to cancel the appointment of the applicant.
6. The approved amount as per Record of Procedure (ROP) will be paid as honorarium to the selected candidates in the year of appointment.
7. The District Health Committee reserves the right to terminate the contract by giving one month's notice to the contractual employee.
8. Candidates who are submitting CGPA score card for academic qualification shall submit CGPA conversion chart along with this mark sheet.  Marks will be considered in cases where both CGPA and Marks are provided by the institutes.  For institutes which provide only CGPA, conversion chart or multiply by 10 to convert to Marks.
9. The District Selection Committee may make necessary amendments in the conditions of advertisement as per requirement.
10. In the process of appointment by the District Selection Committee, the decision of the Committee shall be final and binding.


11. It will be mandatory to submit separate application forms for more than one post.  
12. Candidates shortlisted by the committee as per the notification eligibility, merit will be included in the further selection process written test/interview, whichever is applicable.
13. No personal correspondence of any kind will be accepted in connection with the appointment.
14. In this appointment, the Personnel and Administrative Reforms and Official Language Department of Jharkhand Government Resolution Memorandum 14/Locality Policy-14-04/2018 का0-821 dated 05.02.2021 will be fully complied with.
15. Candidates will be selected on the basis of marks obtained in Academic and Technical Examinations/Written Examination/Skill Test, one or more, as applicable.
18. Merit list will be prepared by taking the written test/aptitude test whichever is applicable, of all the candidates who meet the qualifications and qualifications as per the advertisement given in the newspapers.
17. The selection committee constituted under the chairmanship of the Chairman, District Health Committee will finally approve the merit list.
18. The application will be received through online process through JAPIT Recruitment Portal for the appointment of qualified candidates.

19. The selection list of candidates will be prepared in two parts.  Part A will contain post name, roster point vacancy, names of eligible candidates, marks obtained and qualification number.  Second Part 8 will be treated as waiting list.  The waiting list will be valid for one year.  This list will also be prepared according to merit and will consist of as many candidates as the posts are predictable for the said category.  In case of non-contribution of candidates selected from Part A list, the least meritorious candidate will be automatically selected from among the roster wise candidates from Part B list.  Selected persons will be notified by registered post.
20. Application Fee For each post, General Category/Economically Weaker Class/Other Backward Class applicants will pay Rs.400/- and A/J/AJ category applicants will pay Rs.200/- through Online Payment Gateway to JAPIT Recruitment Portal.
21. Last date of application will be one month from the date of publication of advertisement.  Applications received after the said date will not be considered.
22. In the case of an applicant applying for more than one post in the prescribed form for the application attached to the advertisement format, it shall be mandatory to mark the statement of application made for other posts in the prescribed form.
