Mr. Collector, in compliance with the approval dated 15-12-2025 received from District Bijapur, local recruitment will be made against the following vacant posts by the Government for the smooth operation of health services for the financial year 2025-26 (upto March 2026) in the health institutions operated under the Health Department under the District Mineral Institute Trust Fund (DMF) at the Collector rate (89 working days).

Qualification : Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy & Registration in CG Pharmacy Council.
Necessary Guidelines for Selection Process:-
a. The post will be purely temporary, which is under alternative arrangement to D.M.F. Item is being done under.
b. Employment is to be provided to the local qualified unemployed people of Bijapur district to meet the shortage of human resources at the recruitment District Mineral Trust fund collector rate.
c. Vacancies notified for administrative reasons may be reduced, increased, or cancelled.
d. Honorary salary for the said post as provided under the District Mineral Trust Fund item will be paid in lump sum. Apart from this, no other type of allowance will be payable.
e. The posting will be made from the date of appointment till 31st March 2026. The period of service may be extended as per the requirement.
f. All the information about the recruitment can be obtained from the website of district Bijapur https://bijapur.gov.in/ and the information board of the office.
g. All marks list and other documents to be attached with the application form must be self-attested by oneself.
h. Incomplete and defective application will be invalidated and rejected, the information of which will not be given separately to the concerned. All the documents attached with the application form should be properly sequenced and page number should be marked. Arrange the application forms in the prescribed order only. (1. Application Form, 02 Caste, Residence Certificate, 04 Educational Qualification Certificate, 05 Experience Certificate, 06 Other Certificate.)
i. Age of the candidate should be minimum 18 years and maximum 45 years as on 01.07.2025.
j. At any stage of the selection process it is found that any kind of pressure is being exerted by any candidate in any manner or an attempt is being made to influence the fair selection process, or an attempt is being made to influence the fair selection process. Then their application will be invalidated and no claim in this regard will be entertained.
k. The Selection Committee shall have the final authority to take final decision on any dispute and problem arising during the recruitment process which shall be acceptable to all the applicants.
Self-attested photocopies of the following records must be attached while applying the necessary documents.
• 10th mark sheet (for proof of date of birth).
• 12th Marks List.
• Mark list of all classes of prescribed minimum educational qualification / relevant degree / internship certificate.
• It is mandatory to attach the valid registration certificate of Medical/Paramedical Council for the posts for which it is applicable.
• Vaidya Mool Residence Certificate issued by competent authority is mandatory.
• Employment Live Registration.
• Should be local resident of Bijapur district.
• Experience certificate from Jeevandeep Committee will be accepted.
• Experience Certificate (relevant to the post applied for) will be accepted only from Government Institutions. Candidates will be given experience points as per rules only if they have experience related to the post.
• Experience certificate of relevant work if any (Experience certificate will be invalid if the period of experience is not clearly mentioned and there is no official outgoing number and experience marks will be accepted based on the experience gained after completing the educational qualification. If the experience is less than 12 months, the marks will not be calculated.)
• Medical certificate issued by competent authority for Naxal victim (Certificate to this effect issued by Collector, Superintendent of Police, SDM, Tehsildar will be accepted)
• Identity Card (Aadhaar Card)
• If all the above documents are not submitted and the documents are found to be false in any way during the examination or after the appointment, the appointment of the candidate may be invalidated.
The final selection list will be made on the following basis:-
a. The basis of selection of Staff Nurse, Lab Technician, Pharmacist, Dresser candidates will be as follows (65 percent marks of compulsory educational qualification), experience maximum 10 marks with 02 marks per year (only experience related to the post will be accepted. 65 percent marks of compulsory educational qualification, 10 marks of experience, 05 marks if Naxal victim and 20 marks of skill test is prepared by adding the final merit list. Candidates for 10 times the vacancies will be tested for skill.
b.The basis of selection of call center operator candidates will be as follows (55 percent marks of compulsory educational qualification, 40 marks of skill test related to language, 05 marks in case of naxal victims will be added to the final merit list. 20 times the candidates of vacant posts for call center operator will be taken skill test.
All before taking charge after selection It will be mandatory to submit the original document. In case of non-submission of the documents, the appointment of the concerned candidate will automatically be considered cancelled.
Candidates may visit https://bijapur.gov.in/ from time to time for information related to recruitment. Apart from this, no personal information will be given to the candidate. Candidates are expected to visit the website from time to time.
Annual performance evaluation of the employees appointed on the said posts will be done by the controlling officer.
A waiting list will also be issued for the said post which will be valid for 02 years from the date of issue. During this period, resignations or posts falling vacant due to any reason can also be filled from this waiting list. The said validity list can be increased as per requirement.
Walk in Interview is conducted on the date shown against the designation of interested candidates possessing the required qualifications. Therefore, the interested eligible candidates can apply by appearing at the Office of the Chief Medical Officer and Health Officer, Bijapur, along with all the required documents on the scheduled date.
