ANTI-ANEMIC ACTIVITY OF HYDRO-ALCOHOLIC EXTRACT OF FRUIT OF ALLIUM TRICOCCUM IN PHENYLHYDRAZINE INDUCED ANEMIC RATS

ABSTRACT
This current research was done to bring out the anti-anemic activity in hydro-alcoholic extract of fruit of Allium tricoccum in phenylhydrazine induced anemic rats. The anemia was induced by the administration of Phenylhydrazine (60mg/kg) intraperitoneally in rats for two days. The animals were divided into 5 groups containing 6 animals each. 1st group was served as normal control group, 2nd group was served as anemic control, 3rd group was served as standard reference control administered with Vit. B12 complex, 4th group was served as test control-I administered with 100mg/kg of hydro-alcoholic extract of fruit of Allium tricoccum and 5th group was served as test control-II administered with 200mg/kg of hydro-alcoholic extract of fruit of Allium tricoccum. All the test drugs were given for 28 days daily through oral route. On 29th day blood was withdrawn, through tail puncture and subjected to the estimation of RBC, Hb and percentage Haematocrit. Both the hydro-alcoholic fruit extract of Allium tricoccum and Vit. B12 significantly increase the Haemoglobin, Red Blood Cells & percentage Haematocrit level which conclude that Allium tricoccum fruit exhibits’ the anti-anemic activity.

ABSTRACT:
Breast cancer is one of the leading type of cancer in India. Current methods used in detection of cancer like mammography combined with Digital Infrared Imaging can help learn about  earlier stages of cancer with accuracy.The Niramai an Indian startup developed a software with machine learning and artificial intelligence which can detect and sense cancer cells that are 5 times smaller than what has been done presently. The method is non-contact, painless and free of radiation. This method can help detection of cancer in very early stage before showing any suspicious or alarming signs.

ABSTRACT:
Orodispersible liquisolid system is the combination of liquisolid technique and orodispersible system. The poor dissolution rate of water insoluble drug is a major drawback for the development of pharmaceutical dosage forms. The oral absorption of drug is most often controlled by dissolution in the gastrointestinal tract. Liquisolid system has been used to enhance dissolution rate of poorly water-soluble drugs. Orodispersible tablets are given in order to provide fast action by disperse in the mouth, without the need of water and make them compliance for paediatric and geriatric patients and to bypass the liver metabolism.

ABSTRACT:
The largest, longest study conducted on depression treatments, called the STAR*D trial, found that after people tried four antidepressants over the course of five years, about 70% of them were free of depressive symptoms. That’s a lot of trial and error to end at a place where 30% of patients don’t experience remission at all. The STAR*D trial ended in 2014, and despite a clear hole in the market–and a clear patient need–a golden age of new depression treatments still hasn’t arrived. The anesthetic ketamine could offer hope for people who don't have other depression treatment options. The most recent research on ketamine, as well as a statement from experts on its use published in April 2017, finds the drug works quickly, makes dramatic improvements in mood, and can work on people who haven’t gotten better with other depression treatments.

ABSTRACT
Cancer is one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Many patients succumbed to the disease despite best efforts from medical and surgical oncologists. This is because of several challenges like treatment resistance, genetic heterogeneity of tumor cells and high cost of new therapies. It is clear from the recent research that to overcome cancer, a gentler approach is necessary. This approach include controlling inflammatory processes, discovering compounds which can offer minimum resistance from cancer cells, targeting therapy where it is actually needed and increase strength of the patient’s body by non-drug ways like exercise and modulating gut microflora. Scientists can help the patients more directly by devising more clinical level studies and publishing results as much as possible, even negative ones (like failure of a novel drug to treat cancer), to avoid loss of precious time and money. A coordinated effort from clinicians, patients and scientists planning studies at clinical level and publication of data, even negative ones can help defeat cancer, even at advanced metastatic stage IV stage.

ABSTRACT
The focus of present study is to exist a novel methods for pediatric oral drug delivery.To overcome the problems associated with drug administration,toxicity and taste preference the drug designed in such way that it best suits to child age,required treatment,size and physiological condition.Pediatrics differs from adult in many aspects of pharmacotherapy. Palatability is the biggest challenge while designing the pediatric formulation. As the vast no of limitation present in solid formulation there is wide scope in novel research in designing the pediatrics drug delivery system. Novel approaches in oral drug delivery system is somewhat satisfy the challenges but not the give proper solution. To overcome these problems the novel innovativeresearches is going on. The formulation should be designed in such a way that is easy to administer for pediatrics,having dose flexibility and better palatability of drug formulation.

ABSTRACT
Some of the problems with Un productive relaxing treatments and insufficient repair aptitude in the central nervous system are most troubling problems for few neurological diseases. Providentially, the development of clinically relevant populations of stem cells has provided an opportunity to overcome the failure of endogenous repair systems and substitute new cells into the injured brain. However, there are still several existing difficulties in interpreting into clinical application. In this review, we mainly focus on the stem cell based therapies for Parkinson’s disease and discuss the possible advantages and drawbacks. We hope this review may provide suggestions for viable policies to overcome the current technical and biological issues relatedto the application of stem cells in Parkinson’s disease (Fu et al., 2015).

ABSTRACT
Malaria is a lifestyle-threatening tropical disorder, due to the intracellular parasite Plasmodium falciparum. The sector health employer counts malaria as one of the pinnacle ten reasons of worldwide demise. The unavailability of a successful malaria vaccine and the ever-increasing times of drug resistance in the malaria parasite call for the invention of new targets inside P. falciparum for the development of next generation antimalarial drug. Fortuitously, all apicomplexan parasites, along with P. falciparum harbor a relict, non-photosynthetic plastid referred to as the apicoplast. The apicoplast is a semi-self-sustaining organelle within P. falciparum, containing a 35 kb circular genome. Notwithstanding a genome of its own, majority of the apicoplast proteins are encoded by means of the parasite nucleus and imported into the apicoplast. The organelle has been proven to be vital to P. falciparum survival and the loss the apicoplast manifests as a ‘not on time loss of life’ response in the parasite. The apicoplast has advanced out of cyanobacteria in a complicated, two step endosymbiotic event. As a result, the architecture and the gene expression machinery of the apicoplast is pretty bacteria-like and is at risk of a wide variety of antibiotics consisting of fosmidomycin, tetracycline, azithromycin, clindamycin and triclosan. The biosynthetic pathways for isoprenoids, fatty acids and heme function within the malaria apicoplast, making the organelle a top notch goal for drug development. This review specializes in the evolution, biology and the essentiality of the apicoplast inside the malaria parasite and discusses a number of the current achievements toward the layout and discovery of apicoplast focused antimalarial drug.
