7^th March to 9^th March 2014.

Our 3 day comprehensive "4th National Level Workshop on Computer Aided Drug Designing" aims at providing systematic Hands-on-Training on using advanced Bioinformatics and Cheminformatics application/tools for drug discovery. This workshop had been conceptualized by eminent scientist havening substantial experience in the field of drug discovery in esteem organization Like Shantani Proteome, ISTRA, RASA Life Science Informatics etc.

Our workshop primarily aims at providing a set of stimulating sessions using Digitizing chemical Data, Using various chemical structure drawing and visualization tools, Storing molecules in wide array of format, Generating Knowledge from structure and different chemical databases.

Salient features of the workshop:
Workshop groups will study problems with hands-on examples using computational chemistry methods and discuss issues highlighted by examples and Case Studies presented by instructors. A Case Study set with a focus on screening and filtering drug like compounds, docking and analysis will be used to link all workshop activities throughout the workshop.

Analyzing chemical fingerprint
- Generating Knowledge from structure and different chemical databases
- Using various chemical structure drawing and visualization tools
- Digitizing your chemical Data.

Storing molecules in wide array of format
- Structure and ligand based  vHTS Screening,
- Pharmacophore based Virtual Screening of compounds,
- Docking Studies and Drug Likeness.
- Hands on training on commercial software’s of Drug discovery
- Application  of chemo informatics in drug discovery
- Interaction and guidance from eminent scientist from Industry & research lab.
- Training from industry experts from CADD domain.

Awards for top 2 groups (Trophy, Certificate and Cash prize).
