The Tata Memorial Centre (TMC) is an autonomous Grant-in-aid Institution of the Department of Atomic Energy. The TMC is comprised of the Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC) and the Tata Memorial Hospital (TMH). The TMC conducts Ph.D. program in Life Sciences and is affiliated to the Homi Bhabha National Institute (Deemed University). On-going research at TMC includes basic and translational work in the field of Cancer Cell Biology. Specific research topics includes study of cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, metastasis, tumor immunology, immunotherapy, virology, chemotherapy, and carcinogenesis, gene therapy in animal models, tumor markers, structural biology, proteomics, genomics, genetics, microbiology and biochemistry.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION: H.S.C. plus 2 years Diploma in Pharmacy and 3 months training in Pharmacy. Registration with the Central/State Pharmacy Council with duly allotted Registration Number is essential. Knowledge of computers is must. Experience is desirable. Post is residential and accommodation will be provided at nominal charges in ACTREC Campus. Candidate should be prepared to work on call as well as in shift duties including night shift
CONSOLIDATED SALARY: Rs.10,000/- P.M.
PERIOD: One Year (may be extended based on requirement )
