Hamdard University is setting up Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (HIMSR) in its campus of Jamia Hamdard at Hamdard Nagar, New Delhi-110062.
University invites the Applications on the prescribed form to be downloaded from the University Website, for the appointment of faculty and others positions of HIMSAR in the following specializations as per MCI guidelines.
Applications are invited for the following research posts:
1. UGC sponsored project “Role of free radicals, association of anti-oxidant enzymes and related biochemical analyses during in vitro embryogenesis / morphogenesis in medicinal plants (Allium and Catharanthus sp.)
Post : Project Fellow (Science) : 1
Period : 3 years
Eligibility : M.Sc in Botany/Bioscience/Life Science/Biotechnology with at least 55% marks.
Desirable : CSIR/UGC NET-JRF preferred.
2. AYUSH/CCRUM sponsored project “Analysis of efficacy of in vitro raised plant(Catharanthus roseus) extracts in protecting chemical induced carcinogenesis in model rat”
Post : SRF : 1
Period : Up to 31st March, 2012
Eligibility : Degree qualification in related AYUSH system, M.Pharm.(Pharmacology /Pharmacy) / Science.
