Job Description:
Candidate should have understanding of formulation and familiar with patent laws of US.
Providing Prior art search for a particular project.
Co-ordinating with Research Department & Attorney and developing patent culture in R & D.
Patent drafting and prosecution.
Preparing and Reviewing of FTO (Freedom-to-Operate)
Suggesting Non Infringing formulations.

Candidate Profile:
Candidates should preferably be M.Pharm / Ph.D in Pharmaceutics with 5 - 8 yrs of experience in IPR.
