Job Description:
* To coordinating with interfacing sections i.e. QA, QC, Production Dept.
* To handle the daily production activity with most effective and productive manner.
* To enhancement in production by studying time cycle of the batch.
* To implement and maintain GMP guidelines during production activity.
* To monitor standard process parameters & trouble shooting problems.
* Production planning and optimization in the production.
* Continuous improvement so as to reduce production cost, get better yield and Quality Product.
* Handling manpower effectively and efficiently.
* Responsible for plant maintaince and keeping records.
* Reporting production and plant details to the Manager.
* Handling of ERP System for all on-line activities.
* Validation of the batches and the HVAC systems.
* Familiar with the URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ documents..
