Applications are invited for the two post of Junior Research Fellow to work in a DST funded project entitled "Functional Genomics and Proteomics of stress responses in N2-fixing cyanobacteria".

Qualification: Candidate should be M. Sc. in Botany/Biotechnology/Biochemistry with at least 55% marks in the subject and have qualified NET-LS/NET-JRF. Fellowship amount is Rs. 12,000.00 pm/ Rs. 16,000.00 pm plus HRA for NET-LS/NET-JRF respectively. The term of appointment will be co-terminus with the period of the project.

The upper age limit should be 28 years (5 year relaxation will be given to SC/ST and women candidates).All candidates will be interviewed by a duly constituted selection committee. SC/ST candidates will be preferred as per GOI rules.

Rai (Principal Investigator), Molecular Biology Section, Laboratory of Algal Biology, Department of Botany, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi-221005 within 21 days of this advertisement. No TA/DA shall be paid if called for interview.
