Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (TIFR), Mumbai hereby invites applicants for Walk-in-Interview for one position of Project Scientific Assistant- B (Junior Science Olympiad) in HBCSE.

Job Description: The candidate will be dealing with administrative and academic areas of junior science Olympiad the person has to have fair knowledge in all 3 streams of science physics, Chemistry & Biology upto standard XII and above. Person should have good Knowledge of Typing and handling basic computer activities. The person will also have to get involved with other academic activities of Junior Science Olympiad cell.
Qualification & Experience: The Candidate should have B.Sc. degree in Biological Sciences with at least 60% marks Or equivalent CGPA and one year post qualification experience in relevant field OR M.Sc. degree in Biological Sciences with at least 60% marks Or equivalent CGPA. Candidate should have basic knowledge of Word processing, Spreadsheets and Presentation.
*Note: Candidate with B.E./ B.Tech/ M.Tech in Biotechnology may also apply.
The project position is purely temporary, for one year in the first instance and extendable by one or two more years based on the performance of the candidate. A consolidated honorarium of Rs. 32,500/- (inclusive of HRA Rs. 3,600/-) will be paid.
Age: Below 28 years.
Note: Project Scientific Assistant- B will not be entitled for Institute provided accommodation.
