Job Description
Drive sales and market share of pharma products through dedicated team of First line Sales Managers in assigned Zone/s. Achieve annual and long term sales and market share objec-tives of Pharma (DEOH) business line under his/her responsibility within an assigned ex-pense budget. Responsible for preparation of annual and monthly Sales Plan. Able implementation of Marketing Plan supporting objectives and programs related to Sales, such as coverage, targeting, distribution, Zonal sales target setting and other parameters like but not limited to Sales Hygiene (optimum DOH and DSO); timely submission of Sec data, KOL and Key account management & gathering market insights Ensure efficient sales forecasting and close coordination with SCM team for inventory management. Attract/ Retain/coach/ motivate talents at all levels and building winning team.
Candidate Profile
University Graduate/Post Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, MBA added advantage Complete command of English with excellent spoken, reading and writing skills. Knowledge of major regional language is an added advantage Relevant experience of at least 10 years with min 3 years in managerial capacity Internal Candidates: Relevant experience of at least 8 years with min 3 years in managerial capacity in Alcon.
