JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for identifying and prioritizing production requirements and coordinating the flow of materials, parts and assemblies to meet production schedules at Ethicon Baddi
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervises production operation and work to meet production goals.
- Establishes personnel schedules and product lines based on business needs.
- Provides input to production flow and identifies potential manufacturing issues
- Confers with department supervisors and reviews master production schedules, work orders, departmental production schedules and related information to determine material requirements.
- Monitors assembly line schedule and releases jobs to floor on a timely basis to maintain efficient production.
- Reviews progress reports concerning status and downtime due to failures of machines and equipment and appraises production planning personnel of production delays.
- Compiles and prioritizes work orders for comparison to available finished units and fulfillment.
- Updates work order statuses and identifies shortages to management.
- Establishes effective communication with various groups such as Q.A., H.R., and plant production department to ensure the on time delivery of products and efficient resolution.
- Analyzes production data and prepares reports.
- Ensure line clearance & good documentation practices to be follow during processing
- Responsible for filling Batch Cards & Logbook entries online
- Ensure SOP / Specs adherence during Processing at shop-floor
Candidate Profile :
Education: Graduate/post graduate Pharmacy/Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, Chemical, Mechanical stream)
Experience: This position requires Fresher / 1-2 years’ experience.
