Job Description
• Responsible and Accountable for achieving Budgeted Sales, (Monthly / Qtrly / Annually).
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market thru different tools.
• Collate Market intelligence on products and pricing from customers and agents.
• Handling of customer enquiries and providing quotations.
• Overview of Timely Order Execution & After-sales support.
• Follow up with customers for new requirements to achieve budgeted qtrs based on trend.
• Responding to Customer queries on time and do Internal follow up with different cross functional teams/ QC/ QA and RA and Production.
• Conduct market research on existing and new products for generating leads and devising strategies.
• Addressing Customer Complaints in Time and providing assistance in Investigation to the team.
• Maintenance of MIS data and providing periodical review reports and also represent to management as required.
• Spearheading Biz Development Activity.
• Responsible for report preparation and also represent as required by management.
• Assist in Documentation for Payment of Commission to agents, if any.
• Responsible for Collection of Dues.
Candidates must have relevant exposure in API-Pharmaceutical / Chemical Industry in Marketing.
Experience : 0 to 5 Years in Related Experience
Qualification : B Pharm / M Pharm / M Sc. / BE Chemical / BBA / MBA or Diploma in Marketing
