Job Description
- Leading the bids with respect to identifying the solution to closure – from planning, coordination, follow up, execution to closure/ handover to sales.
- Identify areas of process improvement and device appropriate process / templates/ checklists for the same.
- Coordinate and own the process for opportunity identification, qualification, and initiation working with sales team.
- Define strategy for deal structuring, create win themes and identify relevant artefacts to support in winning the deal.
- Perform periodic audits/ reviews of critical deals and suggest areas of improvement, track them for closure.
- Train teams for adhering to quality process and monitor implementation of process in the respective project.
Candidate Profile
- Strong knowledge on Wipro Quality process in delivery and presales, at least in any two of the areas of Application Development, Managed services, ERP, Analytics, database technologies, storage & infrastructure.
- Should have worked as Audit Team Member in implementation of CMMi or certified black belt.
- Should have at least 3-4 years project management / bid management experience.
- Having worked in Health care domain will be an added advantage.
- Should have at least 3 years of experience in working as SQA in delivery or presales.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Should have handled deals of size more 5 million USD TCV.
- Bachelor’s degree or masters.
- Overall 10+ experience with at least 3+ years in manging quality in delivery / presales.
