The Vallabhbhai Patel Chest Institute (VPCI) is a unique postgraduate medical institution devoted to the study of chest diseases. It is a University of Delhi maintained institution and is funded entirely by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. A Walk-in-Interview for the post of (a) Research Associate (RA) and (b) Project Fellow in the NIF Project “Experimental studies to evaluate the mode of action of traditional herbal agents in bronchial asthma" (P.l. - Prof. A. Ray) will be held on Monday, 24 July, 2017, in the Director’s Office, 3rtl Floor MS Bldg.. Vallabhbhai Patel Chest Institute, University of Delhi, Delhi-110 007.
For Research Associate
Eligibility: Ph.D. (Pharmacology/Allied areas), with some relevant research experience
Emoluments: Rs. 36,000/- plus HRA as per rules, per month.
Age: 40 Years. The position is purely temporary and is co-terminus with the project

For Project Fellow
Eligibility: M.Sc. (Pharmacology)/M. Pharm (Pharmacology)
Emoluments: Rs. 1 8000/- (Consolidated) per month.
Age: 40 Years. The position is purely temporary and is co-terminus with the project
