The Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT) Mumbai was established as the Department of Chemical Technology on 1st October, 1933 by the University of Mumbai, through active support of industries and philanthropists. The Institute was most popularly known as UDCT, Mumbai. Research has been an integral part of ICT since its inception and it has created over 500 first generation entrepreneurs. The UDCT grew significantly in stature and was granted autonomy under UGC regulations by the University of Mumbai and further converted in to an Institute on 26th January, 2002.

Applications are invited for Senior Research Fellow (1 Appointment) on research Project sponsored by Department of Science and Industrial Rersearch (DSIR) with industrial collaboration entitled "Development of controlled release Formulations", under supervision of Prof. P.RVavia, Professor in Pharmaceutics in the Dept. of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technology of ICT.

Post: SENIOR RESEARCH FELLOW

Qualification: M. Pharm preferably in Pharmaceutics. Candidates who have qualified ICT PhD Entrance test of 2016 and industrial experience with a sound knowledge in formulation development will be given preference.

The selected candidate may be allowed to register for Ph. D. (Tech.) degree of Institute of Chemical Technology (Deemed to be University) under the guidance of Prof. P. R. Vavia as per IC~ Ph.D. guidelines.

 

A monthly fellowship of Rs. 18000/-+ 30% HRA per month will be paid to the selected candidates for the period of 3 years.
