Candidate Profile
- MBA with Graduate / Post Graduate in Pharmacy/Life Science
- 5-7 years of experience in Business Analytics in Pharmaceutical industry
- Experience of Gx market in Europe, Middle East & Africa
- Strong analytical background (Sales Force Effectiveness, IMS, general analytics) and advanced analytics
- Ability to run analysis in Microsoft Excel
(Can manipulate complex data from IMS and other suppliers in Microsoft Excel to produce meaningful analysis)
- Interpersonal and communication skills and ability to operate effectively in an international environment
- Independent and accountable style of working
- Excellent project management capabilities
- Out of the box thinking
- Robust IMS know-how
- High degree of self-motivation

Major accountabilities
- Provide analytical support based on complex data sources:
IMS data, secondary databases out of business warehouse, XLS flat flies and others
- Participate in regional or market specific projects and perform/incorporate analytical insights based on market analysis (value, volume, MS, growth etc.)
- Manage ad-hoc requests for daily analytical needs such as: market analysis, forecasting, TA deep dives, competitive environment
- Develop, update and automate monthly KPI reports
- Take ownership of data updates for recurring reports
- Proactive involvement in projects/with customers to continuously improve efficiency of current and future analysis
