Job Description
• Provide analytical support to Global Closed Loop Marketing Analytics by Closed Loop Marketing channel optimization and reach with specific content for each doctor.
• Deliver secondary market research projects & adhoc analysis focusing on doctors i.e. customers
Candidate Profile
• Degree in Economics/ Mathematics/Pharmacy/Science/ Statistics/Engineering preferably with MBA degree from a reputed institution and 3 years experience in Business Analytics with at least 1 years in Market Research with specific experience of analytics reporting, understanding of APLD, IMS data and working on custom therapy area projects. VBA and SAS a plus. Pharma industry would be preferred, though not a must. English
• Strong quantitative & market research background
• Strong communication skills as well as analytical aptitude and problem solving skills
• Willingness to learn more data intensive analytical applications
• Ability to utilize databases to extract and interpret data and understand market trends
• Ability to run analyses in Microsoft Excel - can manipulate data from suppliers in Microsoft Excel to produce meaningful analyses
• Ability to perform simple statistical regression analysis
• Strong story boarding and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and flexibility through effective and innovative leadership ability
• Attention to detail and quality focused
• Organizational, planning and project management skills.
• Interpersonal and communication skills and ability to operate effectively in an international environment.
• Technical aptitude and desire to learn
• Strong desire to develop technical skills (i.e. SAS, SQL and VBA)
• Ability to arrive at simple yet robust analysis and insights from complex data sources; ability to convert hard/raw data into meaningful analysis.
