IIT Hyderabad is one among the 2nd generation of IITs started by the Govt. of India. The ICGEB is an international, nonprofit research organization. Established as a special project of UNIDO, it became fully autonomous in 1994 and now counts over 60 Member States. NIT Rourkela is one of the premier national level institutions for technical education in the country and is funded by the Government of India.
