Characterization of Novel Anti-BCMA Antibody Drug Conjugate as an Immunotherapeutic Agent for Multiple Myeloma. M.Pharm, ME, M.Tech degree holders with relevant experience in the cancer research. First Class Post Graduate degree MSc in life sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Molecular Oncology, including the integrated PG degree with three years of experience

Deep understanding of Pharma GMP testing industry and the testing requirements of Method Development and Validation, Trace analysis Nitrosamine, Elemental, Genotoxic, Related substances E&L Testing & Packaging testing.

Develop study protocols, standard operating procedures, and other essential documents in line with regulatory guidelines. Oversee the implementation of study activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and Good Clinical Practice guidelines. 

Provide technical support to the DteGHS, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare by implementing the priorities of the WHO-Global Patient Safety Action Plan 2020-2030 & National Patient Safety Implementation Framework. Facilitate in coordination with the Center of excellence to include Patient Safety activities in their State PIPs under the guidance of MoHFW.

Post Graduate Degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Basic Science OR Graduate, Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course, selected through National Eligibility Tests - CSIR, UGC NET including lectureship Assistant Professorship or GATE.

Biomarker which is to be taken for further research, is an example of such a study. It also includes drug discovery and drug delivery systems, non-animal and animal models, organoids, organ on-chip, biomaterials and personalized medicine including immuno-therapeutics and genomic medicine. The scope also includes AI-ML algorithms for drug and biomarker discovery.
