Educational Qualification (Essential)
A Degree or higher in Public Health or Health Administration or Demography or Community Medicine or Medicine or Nursing or Health Economics or Pharmacy or a related field.
Experience (Essential)
Minimum 8 years’ experience in the healthcare sector, public health programs, or health-related projects.
1) Candidates for all the above posts must possess excellent verbal and written proficiency in English, Hindi, Konkani and Marathi. They should demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and sensitively within a multi-cultural environment, ensuring clear and inclusive interaction with diverse stakeholders.
2) The Candidates should submit the application on a plain paper addressed to the Director, Directorate of Planning, Statistics & Evaluation, Pt. Deendayal, Upadhyay Bhavan, opp. Pundalik Devasthan, Pundalik Nagar, Alto- Betim, Porvorim Goa 403521 duly affixed with recent passport size photograph along with their bio-data and self-attested copies of all educational degrees, certificate and work experience, valid 15 years residence certificate , Aadhar Card/ Epic Card on or before 17th November, 2025 at the Office of this Directorate or Email : planning-dpse.goa@nic.in
3) Government reserves the right to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
4) No T.A/D.A shall be paid for attending the interview.
5) The Candidate selected shall have no right for any extension or confirmation on regular basis.
6) The Government reserves the right to relax the prescribed educational qualifications in cases where the candidate is found to possess substantial experience in the relevant field.
