Graduation in Science or Engineering or Technology or Pharmacy fields.

MSc, BE, BTech, BVSc, BPharm, or equivalent degree, and post-MSc, BE, BTech, BVSc, BPharm, research experience, as evidenced from published papers in standard refereed journals

PhD with two-three years experience or MD/M.Tech/ME/M.VSc/M.Pharm/MBBS/BDS with six years experience in molecular biology laboratory works.

Four years Bachelors Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences / Masters Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences / BVSc / B.Pharm or Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine or from a recognized University or equivalent. 

PhD in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Nanobiotechnology, Bioengineering, Nanotechnology, any other related interdisciplinary engineering and / or science.
