The Kerala Public Service Commission is a body created by the Constitution of India. The Commission advise the Government on all matters relating to civil services referred to it under Article 320 (3) of the Constitution and publish notifications inviting applications for selection to various posts as per the requisitions of the appointing authorities, conduct written test and/or practical tests, physical efficiency test and interview, prepare ranked list based on the performance of the candidates and advise candidates for appointment strictly based on their merit and observing the rules of reservation as and when vacancies are reported.

Applications are invited online only by 'One Time Registration' from qualified candidates belonging to the reservation group of Other Christians (O.X) community of Kerala State for appointment in the under mentioned post. Application must be submitted online through the Official website of the Commission after One Time Registration. Candidates who have already registered can apply through their profile.

Kerala Medical Services Corporation (KMSCL) is a fully owned Government Corporation for providing services to the various health care institutions under the department of Family Welfare as per Section 67 of Companies Act; 1956. The company was incorporated on 28th December 2007. Retired Armed Forces personnel till 2002 could avail medical facilities only for specific high cost surgery/treatment for a limited number of diseases covered under the Army Group Insurance(Medical Branch Scheme) (AGI(MBS)) and Armed Forces Group Insurance Scheme(Management Information System) (AFGIS (MIS)) schemes.
