First Class Post Graduate Degree including the integrated PG degrees in Life sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaco-informatics, bioinformatics, computational biology and allied sciences. 

Masters Degree in Life Sciences/Biotechnology from a recognized University or equivalent and Two years experience in R&D in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations and Scientific activities and services.

Candidates having B.Sc. or an equivalent qualification in Life Sciences or allied subjects such as Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry with a minimum of 55% marks.

First class postgraduate degree including the integrated PG degrees OR second-class postgraduate degree including the integrated PG degree with Ph.D. OR for Engineering/ IT/CS-First Class Graduate Degree of 4 years.

Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Life Sciences or any of the allied subjects. Research experience in cell culture techniques, transfections, and biochemistry and molecular biology experiments is required. Candidates with at least one first author research paper in peer-reviewed journal will be preferred.
